Dr. Rand is the director of the chemical dependency department at Bayview Psychiatric Hospital in Chula Vista, Ca, the last, inpatient, fully insurance paid addiction ward in San Diego County. In addition, Dr. Rand maintains a fully functional facility in Pacific Beach, Ca, staffed with a licensed and immeasurably experienced nursing staff. The staff also includes psychologists with over 60 years of cumulative experience, specializing in psychological/social model programs geared toward individuals with various addictions. Also on staff are physiotherapists and chiropractic who deal directly with our chronic pain patients needs. Dr. Rand utilizes many forward thinking techniques to develop a recovery program specific to each individuals needs.
